1. World Refugee Day Celebration
• Date: June 20, 2025
• Time: 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Location: Ewaka Housing 15610 93A Ave NW, Edmonton AB
• Join us for a vibrant evening of community, creativity, celebration with live music, performances, and a community art showcase. Celebrate love and diversity with food, fun, and drinks!
2. Stonewall Community Forum Plan (BEYOND WELCOME: RE-IMAGING SAFETY & INCLUSION FOR TRANS & GENDER-DIVERSE COMMUNITIES IN THE NON-PROFIT SECTOR)
• Date: June 27, 2025
• Time: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Location: Ortona, Edmonton
• This event, hosted by RaricaNow in collaboration with John Humphrey Centre for Peace and Human Rights, will bring together non-profit leaders, staff, and community members to discuss crucial issues and strategies for fostering a safe and inclusive environment for Trans and Gender-Diverse Individuals.
3. Stonewall Met Gala
• Date: June 27, 2025
• Time: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Location: Ortona, Edmonton
A night of glamour fashion, prestige and celebration.

We are excited to reconnect with our community! Our Elders!
We would like to reach out to all seniors, and any relatives of 2SLGBTIQ elders who might be interested in participating in our cultural programs designed to combat isolation and loneliness. We believe in the wisdom of our elders and recognize the importance of showing them the respect they deserve. When our elders feel lonely, we all feel that loneliness.
To support our elders, we have developed a program funded by the New Horizons for Seniors Programs under Employment and Social Development Canada. We are thrilled to share various sessions, including engagement activities, drumming, singing, dancing, poetry, and storytelling, all aimed at fostering connection and engagement with our elders and seniors.
We encourage you to invite the seniors you know to join us on May 30 for these enriching experiences. This is an opportunity you won’t want to miss! We look forward to welcoming everyone and building strong connections together.
